we really enjoyed it and would recomand the place. the hotel was modern and luxurious in general, had amazingly nice staff from check-in to check-out. the location in an excellent area was amazing and there were an outdoor market and a market nearby. our property was 25 minutes drive away from airport. booked romantic room that was cleaned everyday with new sheets on the bed.

The staff is top-class and exceptionally attentive. The room is very good sized and well-kept with the circular bed, the hotel features a lobby bar onsite.

Grounds were kept spotlessly clean, breakfast was full size and above average. Its location was perfect and peaceful on the beach everyday. Plus, it was right by an absolute zoo, all the restaurants especially at Rodeo Grill and the bars and restaurants at the sister resort next door.

The hotel of choice in Playa del Carmen. Very good breakfast selection for all tastes with burgers, ham and also an egg station. Bright & luxurious room with 2 double beds.

The resort offers a variety of activities such as karaoke and a casino for guests who enjoy entertainment options. The swim-up pool in the more expensive rooms provides a quiet and relaxing spot for a swim. The food options at the resort are excellent, with a good choice of restaurants and high-quality meals. The bars are well-stocked and the bartenders are generous with their measures. There is plenty of space to spread out around the hotel, but the adults-only section ensures a more relaxed stay.

Enjoyed how beautiful the property was and its FAULTLESS staff with excellent service and kind and compassionate staff. Our room was bright and luxurious in an ice bucket. The location was marvellous, close enough to the sea because of the amount of rocks and corral, and Cancun/Playa Del Carmen on many occasions for business as well as pleasure, in a wonderful area. Places like Playa were around 10-15 minutes walk from from here too.

The rooms and breakfast at this place were lovely, and the pool is absolutely nice.

The room was kept very clean and available with the shower as well as patio. The breakfast here was full size and rich with Sunset sections and nachos. The location was peaceful and convenient, a 10-15 minute walk from Playa.

Many restaurant options, excellent food. Mexican lunch, dinner at Rodeo Grill, and Casa Grande wine were favorites. Superb service; prompt maintenance fixes. Fun and inclusive activities staff, enjoyable shows. Felt like a 5-star cruise with personal space and great side tours. Recommended to friends and family.

Top-class staff and easy location from the building five area, everything was second to none. The room was brand-new, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was savoury! The bathroom was luxurious, included a double shower and a bathtub.
